The log indicates that it's trying to connect to "" and failing, then flushing and trying again and failing over and over. It sat for four hours at 2% no errors, before I restarted turning on logging setting display level to full and trying to figure out the issue. It says it is installing (I've changed the display level at times and added the log file to see what it was doing) I've redownloaded the files with ODT and no change.
